Easy to access and always available for service. Magda does an excellent job, very detail-oriented and with a super gentle touch, providing an amazing experience, almost painless with the breathing techniques. The place is very clean and trustworthy.

So I had a 1pm appointment booked. I showed up 10 minutes early. It’s black. Lights off. Water jugs that were delivered sitting outside. Yet no one notified me. Now everyone is booked. I keep getting reminder emails from them. Their cancellation policy is 3 hours ahead. Where are my three hours!! It’s 1:06 as I’m typing this. I stayed to see if maybe they were at lunch. Apparently not. I will not be returning. Poor customer service. I enclosed pictures of the original confirmation and the reminder so that they cannot deny this.

This review is about the lady who works on eyebrows. Rio offers many services with different professionals. I was in tears when I got home from Rio. The person who worked on my eyebrows put the minimum amount of care into what she was doing. I had painted eyebrows for about 10 years. I let them grow in and they still have a way to go. I needed someone to help give them a feminine SHAPE and fill in what I have. I needed a beauty professional. What I got was a cookie cutter line worker. The experience: I tried to explain what I wanted but she just kept telling me to lay down. I even showed her photos of my painted brows that are arched beautifully. She just did what she wanted. She never drew on my brows to show me and get my opinion. She just made them straight with an end curve and small

Magda was an absolute angel. She made me feel so comfortable, was sweet and friendly and on top of that was extremely detailed. One of the best waxing experiences I've had. I will definitely continue to come here. Thank you Magda!

Magda always has this big smile, she is very professional and nice. I never have to wait long. I always feel really comfortable throughout the entire service. This will definitely be my go to spot for girl maintenance.
