Rios Golden Cut - Alamo Ranch

I had a good haircut with Debi, and she was very kind. The shop has recently been renovated, and the industrial look feels fresh and inviting. However, customer service is extremely important in any business, and I was disappointed with the wait time. I had to wait over an hour while Kat and Debi finished two military haircuts that appeared to be more than halfway done. I completely understand being friendly and building rapport with clients — that matters — but the extended wait seemed to be due to prolonged conversation rather than the complexity of the cuts. That experience significantly impacted my visit, which is why I chose to give three stars. The haircut itself was good, but time and efficiency also matter.

I was very pleased with my haircut & color. Brooke was amazing. She was friendly, engaging, and has a huge heart for the elderly. I myself am not elderly however while I waited for my color to set in she sat an elderly woman to get her hair cut. She was so patient, and kind to her. That lady was 99 years old. I have gone before and Aide (sp?) has done very well cutting my hair too. Thank you for a great new look and outstanding service

It was a wonderful experience at Rios Alamo Ranch. I ended getting the best fade by Brook. She was very experienced and as the new manager at this location. She leads her team by example for them to exemplify.

My whole family goes to Rios Salon for Crystal R.! She consistently cuts my son’s and husband’s hair great, and just like they like it. She takes great care of my daughter’s hair, and knows that she is sensitive, so she carefully washes and detangles her hair before cutting. When it’s time for my trim, I can count on Crystal to cut my hair in a way that looks flattering on me. Thank you, Crystal, for always making us look and feel great!

I got my haircut done by Dibs. She was amazing, super professional! I have naturally curly hair. She was able to understand how I would like my hair cut and give advice on length. I found my new hair sytlist!
