Ritz Carlton Spa

Aisha! Aisha! Over and over I could say her name as the best! Never have I ever had an experience so great! I’ve visited the Ritz Carlton Spa many times before as this space is my favorite Day Spa. Aisha made the experience memorable. I visited with my daughter for her first time and this was by far the best! Every time Aisha gives me a massage I leave stress free and happy. She’s a wonderful human and a sweet soul. I can’t wait to come back!

I went for my 21 st anniversary for some spa packages but when I get there at door started the deception ! The spa used to be great now is just a place that used to be! the sauna was broken so they gave me complementary days but all they kept telling me was tomorrow it will be fixed, went for 4 days and nothing , one of the days I greeted an employee at front desk didn’t even acknowledge me her name is rose then spoke to Stella which I believe to my understanding is the best at customer service at the spa . , she truly understands your need and is willing to help and make sure your experience is at most valuable to her thank you so much Stella and a gentleman at men’s locker room which I believe is Alex he is Venezuelan with black hair than every one else is just there to complete thei

My sister and I always come here during our annual girls trip with our lifelong friends who travel down from up north. Always a wonderful, relaxing experience! Massage choices are great and lunch by the poolside is delicious and relaxing.

On December 6th 2025 my husband and I received a couple spa massage at your place. We was very imprese from the way everybody treat us a soon we checked in at the front counter. Michelle Diaz make us very welcome and comfortable through the tour of the facilities. Luis and Tanya were very friendly and attentive to our experince. Making sure we have everything that we need in the locker rooms. Nichole and Tatyana did a professional massage and made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole time we were under they care. Rose and Sophia give us a first class service at the cafeteria located by the pool. In summary we was very delighted, and greatfull from the great service everybody give us during our Spa massage. Keep up the good work, great team of professionals.

Being a first time spa goer , EVER, this was such a great experience! I was very unsure and out of my comfort zone! But when I went back with Debbie for massage! She made me feel comfortable, was patient, and understanding! Her massage was excellent! The other amenities are very nice as well: hot tub, heated pool, sauna, and steam room(which i didnt care for, the scent in there reminded me of vicks vapor rub). Price was reasonable and a 22% gratuity is added to your service. If I am back in the area again, I would definitely return!
