My daughter asked for a specific haircut, and they did whatever they wanted instead. I don't recommend paying for something the customer didn't ask for. It's not about what you want, but what the customer wants. If a specific request is made, that's what should be delivered, since that's what the customer is paying for. Very disappointed. My hair looked exactly how I wanted after, but they gave me burns on my neck and side of my face. They also cut my bangs without asking me and were rough with my hair. I don't think they used heat protectant either. The large curl blowout took 3 hours.

It’s an excellent salon with amazing Dominican women. There is always some Dominican music playing softly in the background and the plus is that it has a barber shop for your son and your husband under the same management. Been going to this salon for years and they never let me down.

I LOVE THEM!!! I've been going here for about 10 years. I don't know what I would do if I ever move. I've always done something to mess up my hair at least once every other year and my hairstylist always repairs my hair. She has the magic touch. I've inspired other people to go here just from the people that has seen my hair journey. No matter what I go through with my hair, it always bounce back. Thanks to Josefina! I've seen other ladies in there work miracles too. Thick hair or thin hair (like mine) ... no matter the texture they find a way to fix it up. I love them! Once you find who you like the best for your hair you'll never want to stop going here. There's a woman for every hair type.
