So today, June 12, 2025 at 9:00 am I booked a hair appointment for color. What I wanted was a dark reddish pink back with baby pink money pieces in the front. I walked into the salon with curly blonde hair and I left, A MESS. First of all, when I told the stylist I wanted baby pink she told me no because it was going to "fade" and also that there were no colors like that. Second of all when I was telling the stylist I didn't like how my hair was looking she said "no it'll look fine". By the end of my experience the stylist did not dry my hair because "that will be an additional charge", So basically I was unhappy with my hair, wet, a small bald spot in the front of my head and my ends were way lighter than what I wanted. I did not notice until I arrived home. For having to sit down for 3 1

Jocelyn is FANTASTIC! I had a full highlight foil done with some lowlights thrown in. Couldn’t be happier with the results. She is incredibly talented and completely nailed the look I was going for. If you’re looking for color, highlights, I highly highly recommend her! AND it’s reasonably priced. What could’ve cost close to $350 at my normal salon, was around $150 (I use ALOT of product/dye)

They don’t know what they are doing don’t go here!!!! I asked for a specific haircut she called someone else to ask how to do it and I still got a terrible hair cut because neither of them knew how to do it. It was a young girl with blonde hair and a guy with piercings, don’t let them touch your hair if you don’t want a terrible haircut!!! If I could give zero stars I definitely would.

Michelle was so welcoming and kind! She offered suggestions about styling and didn't push me about bangs. I Have never been to a hair salon before. I'm very happy with the results. I look forward to my next appointment in early October. Thank you, Michelle. J.B.

Hanane I was amazed by the work done buy Gaz , they did excellent on highlighting my hair , I had so many compliments about the color of my hair, went on Saturday ,and stayed after their schedule so they can give me the necessary time for my hair. Thank you so much Gaz ! You’re an artist ❤️
