Rob the Hair Viking

I went to Rob yesterday for a haircut and I am simply heartbroken with my hair. I came in with hair past my armpits that was cut straight across. My hair was a huge part of who I am. I came in and asked for an inch and a half off and very light layers. The service started out well, Rob is a very nice man. He started cutting my hair and everything seemed fine until he had me face him and he told me he was cutting "face framing pieces", I was fine with this because i thought i would just get a few pieces a little shorter than the rest to frame my face a little better, i thought even if it wasn't what i asked for, it would be fine. It just continued to get worse after this. He continued to cut a ton of layers, making my hair nothing like what i had asked for. I had no idea how bad it actually

Rob has done fantastic service on my hair. I came in with jet black dye in and hes slowly worked with my hair to safely get it to a beautiful auburn color, hes truly great at what he does and I highly recommend coming to see him

I saw Rob in October after multiple reschedules which I will admit was both of our faults. I went in at 1 pm and didn't leave until 8 pm. He was also doing another woman's hair at the same time and juggling us both. He convinced me to lighten a larger section of my hair. I have black hair with a light gray peak a boo. He said he could do it despite me telling him it took me over a year to do it the first time. I left after 7 HOURS and $300 later with three toned hair and this awful brassy color. he told me he would fix it before my bday (at the end of October) but then never answered my texts. I wasn't going to write a review bc I too work in a service industry and sometimes we have bad days. But after the money, time, more money to get it fixed, and the DAMAGE my hair has on that side. I'

Rob is awesome!! A hair genius to be sure!! He’s got a great vibe and truly knows his stuff!! I got exactly what I wanted and he exceeded my expectations!! I will be going back again. 💜

My hair was in such bad shape after a terrible cut and color by a different stylist. Rob did an amazing color correction and cut. He was friendly, fun, and compassionate about the distress that haircut had caused me. I will definitely go to him for my future hair needs.
