I've been seeing Becca at Robert Leonard Salon for years, and she's truly one of Seattle's finest hairdressers. My color is always perfect and my cuts are consistently excellent. I recently changed my style, and the results are amazing. I've referred numerous friends to Becca and the salon, and their response is always the same: "Why didn't you tell me about this place sooner?" They've all become loyal clients themselves. The entire team is exceptional. When I experienced a hormonal change that made my hair unexpectedly frizzy, Cara provided expert Brazilian treatments that kept everything under control. My husband has also had great experiences with Diny for his cuts. No matter who you see at Robert Leonard Salon, you'll be in excellent hands. Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to RL for many years and have always been impressed with the caliber of their stylists. During and after recent chemotherapy, Becca and the team worked with me to gently continue color treatments (a girl’s gotta look good!) and cut/style while managing new and different hair growth. Importantly, they researched products and techniques to help me look and feel my best during this challenging life phase. Beyond that, I’ve found their entire team to be knowledgeable and great for shampoos, blowouts, and even a wedding guest updo! Because they work collaboratively, I’ve had no problems moving between stylists as schedules require— they share information with each other and all are well trained and high caliber.

I’ve been a client at RL Salon for almost 25 years and over that time it has always been much more than a place I go to get my hair done. It’s a constant, a place of trust, care and connection. Through many stages in my life, this salon has been there, with people who truly know me, listen to me, and take such thoughtful care in what they do. I’ve always felt seen, welcomed and genuinely cared for the moment I walk in the door. The talent is exceptional, but what really sets Robert Leonard apart is the heart behind the work. After all these years, I still leave feeling confident, refreshed, and grateful. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else (thanks Becca)! This place, and the people in it, are truly special.

I have been going to Robert Leonard for 12 years now and will never willingly go anywhere else!! Becca has been my stylist the entire time for color and cut, but I have watched many other stylists be trained expertly by her. They are now accomplished stylists with their own clients, thanks to her devoted teaching. The stylists here are constantly continuing their education, often traveling out of the country for classes and training. All the products used at Robert Leonard for color, shampoo, condition have been the best I've every used. I have moved away from the Seattle area, but still arrange my schedule to come back for my hair appointments!
