Went in the day before Good Friday, 2025 to get a gel french mani and pedi. For $100 + $5 (for paying with a card), let's just say I got nicked real good around the cuticle area of my big toe, and my fingernails are very uneven! The young lady who did both services seemed extremely inexperienced and took 3+ hrs to do three job. I thought the reason for the lack of customers was because of the economy. I now know better. Won't be back!!

Connie has become very rude over the years to many people after reading the reviews. I been going to her since I was 12 yrs Old. I will be 40 this yr. She charged me one price then told me she didn't a month later. Then accused of me of trying to get over. I SPENT MY MONEY with her weekly knowing other places are cheaper. She charges 3.00 for using debit most places charge 1.00 or 2.00. But to accuse me of trying to get over for 3.00 is beyond. I actually went because I was blessed with a good tip and wanted to share it with someone else. No tip today I felt disrespected and unappreciated after all these years. First time going and will never return. The lady Connie took 15 to start, used differently color tips that didn’t fit my small hands, gel colors leave streaks because its watery, the tips were applied to the middle of my nail instead of the tip. 3 naills came off already and i was just there last week. A total waste of $70 i cant get back!!!!!

This establishment is one of the worst nail business in the Jamaica, Queens area. I walked in no clients that should of told me something was off but against my better judgement I wanted to just get my tips taken off. I only like to soak off my nails ONLY! Very un-sanitary after I finished soaking my nails the acetone that I was using to soak ,the nail tech poured it BACK INTO THE ORGINAL CONTAINER THEY GOT ACETONE FROM!!!!!! Then I told them soak off only the lady is trying to use a metro card to take off my nails! First off don’t do that my acrylics are 100 percent real because I go to a black nail tech who uses real products so you don’t need to peel off my acrylics with a metro card after a soak they come right off. Went in for a gel mani and pedi. Aside from the fact that they looked me up and down, the lady told me a fel pedi was $50, and the gel mani would be $30. I told them they were crazy and walked out. I don't usually do more than hit the stars when rating places, but I just felt like they needed to be put on blast for that.
