If you go to be pampered, this was not the case for us. My granddaughter and I went to experience our very first tips with Christmas themed painting on our fingernails. The man that glued, filed my tips on, kept getting annoyed with me, and thats not fun. I got extremely upset but made the best of it for my 10 year old granddaughter. Although I did tell him how he made me feel. I didn't realize when getting tips they put on acrylic too! The girl who painted my nails did a good job. My granddaughters nails turned out good as well, her technician was fantastic with her. I'm grateful for that. It cost $140. Plus, a $20 tip. We were there a little over an hour. Be prepared when you sit down to have your hand ready, elbow down, coat off and don't budge.

I’ve been coming here for years, and they are amazing. Recently, I had a nail break and some of my gel peeling (no fault of Rockstar Nails) ; I’m rough on my nails, and this is still a rare occurrence- 100% a me problem. I went in to have the one that I had broken fixed and have them repainted with the full intention of paying to have them redone. Again, they always do an amazing job and If I break a nail that’s my fault. They got me in immediately, fixed my broken nail and completely repainted everything. When I went to check out, they were adamant that there was no charge to fix them. I always have a great experience and won’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much!
