I recommend anyone and everyone to Angelo at Rock Steady Hair. He is incredible and is up for pretty much anything when it comes to hair. Angelo does a great job at explaining the process before starting so that you fully understand what the outcome will be. He’s up for trying new things or sticking to the same thing each appointment. I have been seeing Angelo for years now and trust no one else with my hair. He has taken my hair to incredibly healthy and natural brunette to lavender to the perfect platinum blonde. He can do anything! He’s professional, creative, and makes the time fly by during long appointments. If you want hair that makes you feel confident and look absolutely amazing, book with him.

If you are looking for a great Men's stylist, go to BRAD at Rock Steady. Brad has been cutting my hair for almost 5 years now. Even though he started cutting my hair while at a different shop, when he moved to Rock Steady I followed him. Gives me what I want consistently every time.

Rock Steady is a very nice and welcoming hair studio perfectly placed off the main hustle and bustle of Ballard. All of the stylist in there were very friendly and overall was a good vibe. Parking can be a bit difficult but there is a paid lot across the street for $6/hr $9/2hr if you can’t find street parking. Paloma Alicia is an exceptional hair stylist. I’ve been getting my hair cut by her for about 2 years now and my biggest criteria when looking for a good stylist is consistency. With Paloma, I know I can just walk in, sit down, and have no worries that I’m going to get the cut and style that I want. When she spins the chair around for me to see the final result in the mirror I don’t even have to look because I know it’s perfect. That kind of consistency is priceless. 10/10 would reco

Angelo is the best! Every time I get my hair done by him he knows exactly what I want and clearly explains the process throughout. He's honest about what will look good and what's achievable which I admire strongly in a hairdresser. This time I went red which was new for me and the color turned out amazing! It was exactly what I envisioned and the dimension Angelo created was insane!

Everyone is so welcoming and cool and friendly. I've been bouncing between salons and doing my hair at home every since I moved to Ballard, but I can tell I will be returning to see Angelo from now on. I came in with the saddest, most shapeless mess of hair, and despite me not knowing what I wanted, Angelo was able to guide me through a consultation so we came up with something together that met my long-term hair goals and still looked amazing in the interim with very little length lost. Bet haircut I've had in years.
