Gianna was extremely nasty, rude,and judgmental. Ruined my experience. Imagine going to a place where you’re already exposed more than you want to be, trying to improve and feel better about yourself, and an employee is rude and openly shaming your body. Management should reconsider who they’re hiring, and whether their current employees should stay.

If you can look into another spot. Over a month of asking when the bulbs will be changed. The owner lied on one of the reviews here saying they change it every 150 hours. I time stamped photos to show that these were almost 12 days apart still with burnt bulbs! They will never fix it and will tell you each week that it’ll get addressed. I feel bad for the front desk girls dealing with the frustration of the customers. Do better.

Sad that employees like Gianna are body shaming people will never ever give a place like this a good review while they keep an employee like that.

My FIRST time coming to this location. Two of the nicest people Ronni and Cameron were very helpful and super knowledgeable. I lOOk forward to my adventure here. Great deal on Groupon 3 months for $22.00… WoW Also, wanted to give a shout out to Savannah and Kristie for being so nice and helpful. Great attitude’s and just make my visits extra special.

So far so good. Renewed with the purchase of another plan after communicating with the general manager. Locations staff are typically courteous and cordial.
