I highly recommend Jakob, especially if you have thick, wavy or curly hair. I came in wanting a blended balayage with soft highlights, and while the first round wasn’t exactly what I had envisioned, Jakob truly listened and worked with me over multiple sessions to achieve the right tone and seamless blend. The end result is exactly what I hoped for. What really stood out to me was his professionalism and attitude throughout the process. Even when adjustments were needed, he remained patient, collaborative, and focused on making sure I felt completely happy with my hair. That level of care and commitment is rare. I’m so grateful for the final result and would absolutely recommend him.

Anna did an amazing cut and color on my hair today! I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She also did a smoothing treatment so my hair is incredibly soft. The salon is also very cute and reasonably priced.

Kaitlyn did an amazing job on my hair today. She listened to what I wanted and to my concerns and was thoughtful and detailed in her work. I left with the best cut and color ever. So happy!

I got my hair done by Natalia! She was amazing. She took her time with my hair making it look perfect. She was very kind and patient, and informative. She would explain to me what she was doing to my hair and why, and the products being used. She gave me recommendations for products to use that fit the state of my hair. I’m so happy with how my hair stayed. Overall such an amazing experience and I would recommend her to everyone.

I recently had the most wonderful, transformative hair color by owner Tiffany! She is absolutely amazing! She listened patiently to my needs and talked with me at length on many different options we could choose from. She is extremely professional and truly understands the complexity of coloring hair. I am so happy with my experience at Rococo. Do yourself a favor and get on her schedule asap - while you still can!!!
