My Wife had a horrible experiences from s tore Rid Cosmetics 830 Western Ave# 32 LA brought Satin Hair Color. It was badly defective hair color, it was bad cream odor strong smells odor she was not satisfied. Store refused refund or credit!!!! Made my wife very sad! First time in 40 years not exchanging or full refund. Service rep very un professional and certainly rude and not sorry to my wife Im in touch with top officials team. Lost a value customer

Scam, high pressure sales. "We normally sell for $40,000 but for you today only $10,000. Run don't walk past this place. Not sure how Beverly Hills allows this but I will be checking with the city as well. They deserve minus stars and a scam warning on their front door.

Just got the stemtox from there. It's well worth the price. The people there are very professional. By far this is the best place to shop at when in Beverly HIlls. The young gentlemen that helped us was awesome. Will be back

I was offered a demonstration of a skin tightener and was told this product is guaranteed or money back. After getting home and using it as instructed there are no results. I have called multiple times to return the product and each time I’m told “the owner is not here” and they hang up. A complete scam of an operation

People who are focused only on making money without considering the convenience of customers.. They are unscrupulous businessmen who do not say a word of apology even if they cause inconvenience to customers. I will never buy cosmetics there again.
