Rolling Hills Plaza Barber Shop

I got a good haircut here. The folks have been working here from several years to over a decade, unlike the haircutting mega-chains where you will have eight different people cut your hair over a one year period at the exact same place. If an electric trimmer has any hint of a rattle, it will pull my hair for sure; even if it sounds brand new, sometimes it tugs anyway. The equipment here was well maintained. The service is also great. Devin seemed focused on doing a good job like he enjoyed his work, and was not distracted. Since I know who will be there next haircut, and that he maintains his tools, I plan to return.

I have been going to Devon here for a couple years after trying a few different shops in town. He's not only a really nice guy, but a great barber and extremely efficient. All the other barbers are really nice as well. My bald fades always come out super clean.

Have been getting my hair cut by Travis for almost 17 years now and have enjoyed every haircut that has been given. Feels like a family when you are sitting in the chair getting a haircut. Amazing group of people with a great business and vision!

The barbers were rude and unpleasant. No small talk here. The haircut itself kept having to be tweaked to what I had originally asked for causing the barber to get frustrated. I finally gave up changing it. They accept cash only. This wouldn't have been an issue if there had been a sign out front or if they had let me know prior to the haircut. Luckily my bank was nearby, but to those whose bank isn't closeby this is a big issue. They seemed angry that I didn't know they only accepted cash when it's not clearly stated anywhere. And while leaving they said nothing to me. No "Have a nice day, come back and see us." It's an old fashioned barber without the old fashioned hospitality. Needless to say they lost my business.
