Another great haircut from Jasmine! I needed a haircut for an event, and although they were booked up, they called to let me known there was a cancellation and got me in today! The staff is very friendly and personable. Highly recommend.

We were 8 minutes late (called ahead) and were told 15 mins was the max before cancellation. That said, we arrived at 5:08 (so only 8 mins late) and within the time limit. my son was told that he couldn’t get the shampoo (though we paid for the whole wash/haircut). The hair dresser was curt to him to the point where he felt he couldn’t ask for changes to the cut. He was made to feel like he did something wrong and that there was a huge rush. The hair dresser pointed out that her next client was waiting (it was only 5:20). We like roosters and are repeat customers but for $45 (before tip) I’d rather you told me to cancel vs short changing him and making him feel bad.

I got my haircut by Jasmine and it's probably the best one I've ever had. I've never been this happy with a haircut before. She is very nice and she took her time and focused on the details too.

The blonde receptionist, I think her name is Ava, is always super friendly. Doris also always does an excellent job cutting my hair. Worth the price 👍🏻

Jasmine was so kind, thoughtful and patient as we discussed different styling options for my son. She showed him how to style, using a product that could conveniently be purchase in store. He had a wonderful experience and is very happy with his new haircut!
