So pleased to have found Laura, who knows how to cut curly hair! She did an excellent job using the curly girl method. The salon uses products that are specifically for curly hair and I liked that too. Bonus, Laura is young, so hopefully she’ll be doing my hair for many years to come.

This is my first time getting a curly haircut. Laura cut, washed, and plopped my hair using the curly hair method. I've never seen my hair curl this well before! If you have curly or wavy hair, you need to get your hair cut by Laura!

What is the point of having new clients fill out a hair type form if the stylist doesn't look at it before the appointment? What's the point of appointments if the stylist doesn't keep to appointment times? Is it ethical to start an appointment 20 minutes late, see a new client for 40 minutes and then tell your new client to move to the side and wait for an hour, yes, an hour! while this stylist attends to her next appointment and, presumably, her regular? As if this new client's time is any less important than a regular's time. Is it wise to employ a stylist who doesn't know how to cut a certain hair type even though the salon's website says stylists can cut all hair types?
