From the moment you walk into Roots & Bloom, you're greeted with snacks, sips (yes, she offers refills like the queen she is), and the coziest, most welcoming energy ever. She takes her time getting to know you and your hair like it’s her favorite subject—and honestly, it probably is. I’ve never once left her chair feeling anything less than ✨baddie energy✨ with a side of soft, glowy dreamgirl vibes. Being around Bridget is like getting a hug from the inside out. She’s insanely talented, so genuine, and truly makes every appointment feel like self-care meets glow-up. 10/10 would trust her with my life (and definitely my layers).

The worst experience ever for both my husband and I. She cut his hair and didn’t cut it the way he asked. Completely uneven and looked horrible. We gave her a second chance on his hair to fix it and she made it even worse. Completely uneven and unskilled haircut even on the second try!! My husband said it’s the worst over priced haircut he’s ever had. He would never go back. I should have known that she would screw up my hair as well! But being a nice person I gave her a chance. She butchered my bangs, fried my highlights and used the wrong color for my root touch up. Which she even admitted she used the wrong color when I asked her! She overcharged for services that were not performed, also performed services not asked for so I had to request a credit when I got home and realized

Went to see Bridget last minute last weekend. After being so kind and flexible as to slot us in the same day, I had a wonderful experience. My hair is long now, about 12 in long and CURLY! Grown out during the pandemic but hadn’t ever had layers or anything other than my hair just growing out of my head! In comes Bridget, not only was she so knowledgeable, she was also very ihospitable and personal. She talked me through her suggestions for my hair during a relaxing spa-like massage and shampoo. She also touched up my beard lines and eyebrows, which was much appreciated. I enjoyed our conversation as she taught me how to care for my curls. Even when showing me new products conveniently sold in-salon at all times did she have my hair’s best interest in mind. If I could give ten stars I

Bridgette is awesome, she has such a very nice energy, she’s so easy to talk to. The service and the ending results are awesome. I had a great experience and loved how my hair came out.
