Rose Nail

Me and my family have been loyal customers for a while. I was very disappointed when I asked to have my nails that were square to be rounded at the edges, and told by the owner I would need to pay $5 more to file my nails round. The last I checked filing is part of a manicure. When I questioned her she said that it takes time to file the nail. Really? So for a lousy money grab of $5 she lost 3 customers. Where are the business smarts here? Oh, and I left my nails square. There are many many nail salons around. I'll try another... bye bye

I drove all the way from New Jersey just to see my nail tech, Betty, who I’ve been loyal to for a long time. I specifically waited for her to come back from vacation, booked the earliest appointment in advance, and made it clear I only wanted her. When I arrived, the owner told me someone else would “start,” but in reality, they handed me off completely to another tech. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this, and it shows zero respect for their customers. On top of that, they are never on time. Even when the salon is fully booked, they still tell people to come in and then leave them waiting 45 minutes or more for a tech. My husband also comes with me every time for spa pedicures, so they didn’t just lose me they lost two very loyal customers. This salon clearly cares more about over

I tried Rose Nails on a recommendation and was not disappointed in the least. I was taken as a walk in very promptly for a gel manicure with a fill in. I showed the nail tech a photo of what I wanted and she very quickly helped recommend the colors. She did an absolutely meticulous job shaping my nails and stopped to show me to see if I was happy. The end result was so pretty and everything I wanted! The salon was very clean, and the staff were all very friendly! I think I have found my new nail salon 😊 thank you so much for the beautiful job!

I had an older woman do my nails. She was kind but rough. She was upset I was telling her my preferences bc she wanted to be left to do what she wanted to do. I sat back to see her process but she left the nails thick and bumpy and not shaped well at all. When I asked for her to even them out and smooth them before painting she was upset and acted as though she didn’t understand what I was asking. I got my nails done 3 days ago. And this is what they look like. I asked for this topcoat specifically bc it’s the only topcoat that lasts on me she didn’t even paint my whole nail with it. Will not be going back and do not recommend. Too expensive to have a half-hearted job done on the nails that don’t even last and look horrible.

RAYNA gives the most incredible pedicure!! Seriously, she is phenomenal!! My favorite nail salon. Linda does an AMAZING job each time I visit! Everyone is so very welcoming & kind
