Rose Nails

I would never go there again. I went in to have my old acrylics removed and a new full set applied. The lady technician applied the new acrylic way too thin and much too wide, to the point that it was sticking to my skin. I pointed it out, and although she tried to fix it, it was still too wide. She seemed upset that I mentioned it. Eventually, someone else had to step in and correct her work. By that point, I was so frustrated that I decided not to get any color and just leave. I was charged $45 for poor-quality service. I won’t be returning.

I usually get my nails done every 3-4 weeks, and since I'm new to the area, I'm still searching for my go-to salon. I went here just over a week ago, and they did a good job with the shape. I really liked how they asked if I liked it before moving on. However, there's a wonky spot near my cuticles that catches my hair when I wash it, which is super annoying! Since I get my nails done often, I came in with a set that was about 3 weeks old. I tried to tell them that it felt like my nails were coming off before we started, but the technician said it would be fine once she put on the new acrylic powder. Sadly, that didn’t work, and after just a week, my thumb nail is almost completely off. It’s frustrating because I brought it up several times. They were really nice, but I think they need to

I have been going here for years and always make an appointment with the male owner. While he is always done a fairly good job, as of late, I feel like he is rushing to get to other customers, while his wife does the bare minimum. The polish job is getting a little sloppy and too thick, leaving a noticeable amount on my skin. He also began charging a fee if you use a card! If you have to nickel and dime your customers and can't afford to run your business, then maybe you shouldn't be in business.

Very dissatisfied. The pedicure was not done properly it looks sloppy and not painted right for being gel it’s nasty. My hands have edges that are not covered by dip powder and not all the same shape

PERFECT! Nails came out so pretty! The techs were nice even though the card machine went down. They deserve more than 5 stars. It was clean too!
