Name - Felicia: I hate to do this because I loved coming here and seeing Jim. It had been a few years since I had been in. He sold the business. Well I went in on a whim last night 59 get my nails done. The tech was so rough with the manual nail file that I left with 5 fingers bleeding and today are so painful. Also, the nail file was then put back in the drawer after having been used on my fingers that bled.it should have been thrown away. Honestly, this morning my fingers are pretty painful. I had acrylics for over 10 years and this never happened before.

I have been going to Lyndsay (salon owner)for years. I followed her here from Maplewood Nails after she took over her brother's salon. She saved me before a photoshoot over 3 years ago and she has been my girl ever since. You're not just a customer. She remembers what you like, what you've gotten, and even remembers my colors when I forget! I'm a loyal customer and will follow her wherever she goes!

I always go here for my nails! I’ve had some really bad experiences at other Salons but I’ve NEVER had a bad one here! They always do the exact shape that I like. They are very friendly, and it makes for a great experience. Very clean, and efficient in what they do!

NEVER go here. I left with a set of nails looked like a child had done. I can’t believe they do business like this. I should have known something was wrong when there was not 1 customer in the place on a Saturday afternoon. AVOID this place at all cost unless you like subpar work and a rude owner. I will be reporting this facility to the licensing board concerning they unlicensed workers doing nails.

Absolutely love Rose Nails and Spa! Mei did a great pedicure and when I came back, took off my acrylics. Lindsey did an amazing manicure with acrylics and made sure it looked great for my wedding
