The atmosphere is nice. It's clean and organized. I've seen them sanitizing the chairs and hand washing. Much much better than threading studio and spa.

While I was on my way to another threading salon for a last minute walk-in, I passed by this business and secretly said I wish I was able to come to this salon instead but I thought it had already closed for the day. The people at the other shop told me that they couldn't take me anymore. I have a huge conference to attend tomorrow and they still told me no. I was so happy when I discovered that Rose Threading & Spa was still open. I called and they told me to come over. I arrived at 6:28 and had my entire face done (thread/wax combo) by 6:53. I even got a hug and well wishes for the conference. I'm not local but I strongly believe this is the same shop I visited 2 years ago when I came for Essence Fest and I remember walking out with a smile then as well. Please continue to support th

Would not even recommend to my worst enemy lol. The lady apparently can’t stand up straight and has to completely lean on top of you while doing your eyebrows. She has a nasty attitude and simply does not know how to style brows. I have beautiful eyebrows naturally but she somehow managed to ruin them 😅

Without a doubt, he left a hole in my eyebrow. I asked him to just clean them and he left them uneven. I shave my armpits too and I get irritated because of how badly he shaved them. It was the second chance I gave him regarding my eyebrows. Without a doubt, not. I will never lose my money, I do not recommend it, if I could give it 0⭐️ I would.
