I’ve never written a bad review about a business but this is actually terrible. The last photo being what I ASKED for. The wait was FOREVER, my thumb was crooked , I asked her to fix it and she barely filed it, and the acrylic under the nail was piled up, I read the board and a full set was 28 dollars, I never get long nails so I was expecting to spend 30-35$. My reference photo (which had a dark shade of red) was on display the whole time, the color that she gave me is a purplish red, I didn’t want that at all and it looked like the right color at first and I realized when it was to late, I’m very bad at confrontation so I just let the color slide, then she started putting the French tips on the wrong fingers which I also let slide without saying anything in which she also wanted to give

On October 9th 2025 I pulled up at Rose's Nails in Natchez. It was around 8:50 am when I first pulled up to the business which is about 10 minutes prior to the business opening. After arriving I decided to get out of my vehicle and proceed to the door to wait on the business to open. When I get to the door, those sitting in other vehicles gets out as well, with one being obnoxiously loud, and keep saying that she pulled up first, and she was getting in the chair first. I never said one word to her, so eventually one of the guy workers comes to unlock the door. I go through the door first and put my name on the sign in sheet first. Lisa did a great job on my nails and even did a little surprise that made them really pop

She did amazing just like the picture it took a little while to get started because they where busy but i love the outcome
