I contacted the salon to book an appointment. Instead of clear and professional communication, I was told directly that the service is no longer offered. From what I know, this is not true. They turned me away just because I asked for a small fix not because the service was actually unavailable.

Wow!! Salon is BEAUTIFUL and clean, staff are sooo friendly and welcoming! I got a pedicure & full acrylic set and they look amazing! perfectly shaped & the french tips were drawn perfectly too.

She always does a fantastic job 😍. The last three times Rosa did my nails they are beautiful and last over a month. She is a high end nail tech!! Book her now 💗

If i could i would give 0 stars, I went to get a pedicure and acrylic on my toes with the owner Rosa, the salon is soo disgusting inside, the pedicure chair was soo dirty i almost didn't wanna sit on it. Very unsanitary she used a dirty cuticle nipper and an old used nail file on my toes and she never changed her drill bits. The sink was not covered with a disposable cover and she didn't clean the sink before she had me put my feet in it. Long story short hands down I DONOT recommend getting any services done here. The board of heath needs to pay rossnails a visit.

I didn’t have a very good experience, I went to have powder nail polish removed and to get a fresh gel manicure. The young lady is in training yet she was working alone. She tried but the knowledge and experience wasn’t there, I had to go back that afternoon to redo a nail because the gel was coming off, by the next day most of my nails were peeling. I don’t think the young lady should be left alone until she has experience. The tables can use a little cleaning. The second young lady that fixed my nail was very knowledgeable? I wish I had waited until the afternoon.
