The staff are kind and they do the job quickly, but they use relaxer in their conditioner or shampoo. I've been there three times and noticed that a lot of my hair was falling out. I went back to my normal salon today and she told me it had been relaxed. My hair has been all natural for the last 10+ years, I wish I had known they were using product like that I would have told them not to use it in my hair. Now my previously shoulder length hair (when straightened) is now basically down to my scalp in the middle of my head. If you are black/African American with natural hair I would not recommend coming here. They are not used to doing our hair correctly. I was client of her years ago when she used to had a chair in the Finest barbershop at Lansdale. Then she moved to Norristown. I’m so exciting that she came back to the neighborhood. She and her staff are amazing.

Took my daughter to cut her very long hair into a bob with bangs. They did a wonderful job & we both loved her haircut and the Dominican blowout left her hair looking so shiny and beautiful. Everyone was very kind & friendly, the salon is quite nice & we'll definitely be coming back.

I went to get a wig install when I arrived the owner of the salon (Clari) said she doesn't install wigs with glue. I came with an extension I asked to sew it, she told me there were too many people hhe couldn't sew it, s he would glue it instead with extension glue, I agreed. I stayed from noon to 4pm waiting for her because there were a lot of people. She has an employee who washed and blow dry my hair. so she could glue the extension. When she finally finished with the person I found when I came, she let me sit and served the person who just came, she served the 3 people who just came before on the pretext that gluing the extension would take a long time. For me it is the biggest disrespect because I am a customer like all the other customers. I finally left the salon without installin

She did an incredible job with my daughter’s hair extensions! The result is absolutely stunning—so natural and beautifully done. We’re beyond impressed and will absolutely be returning, no matter the wait. It’s 100% worth it! And the price? Totally fair for the quality and care she provides.
