Excellent customer service! They truly care about the customer experience. They make sure you get what you want and if you don’t like something, they fix it with no complaints. Parisian nails had a new customer in me when I came in and tried a new nail tech.. came back the next day bc I didn’t like the shape and they redid the whole set free of charge!! I definitely tipped and just appreciated the service and care. Do is now my ONLY nail tech I have do my nails and he never disappoints! His attention to detail is unmatched! Yes they are more pricey than other places, but they are worth it if you care about service, product and cleanliness.

I’ve been going to Parisian for as long as I can remember, and I feel like the establishment has only improved over time. For the past couple of years, I’ve been going to Do, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a technician with exceptional attention to detail and a witty personality that makes sitting through a long SNS session much more fun! I’ve included a picture of one of the sets he did for me. Do is a perfectionist. Therefore, he will never let you walk out of the salon with nails that are less than satisfactory. If he makes a mistake, rest assured he’ll fix it before you even get a chance to say anything. SNS typically only lasts about 2 weeks, but every set I’ve gotten from him has lasted a month or more. I LOVE Parisian. I have been to many nail salons in East Cobb and Parisian is my favorite. I love the staff. Do always does my nails and he does an AMAZING job. Jasmine also does my pedicures and she is the best. She is also a nail artist. They always last at least a month and I get so many compliments. My teenage girls see him too.

I came to this nail salon and Ken provided extraordinary service and really took his time on my nails! I would highly recommend this nail salon because it is not overpriced & they are able to accommodate any/all of your beauty needs! I am super pleased with how my nails turned out and compared to other nail salons, Ken really took time to make sure my nails looked perfect! Definitely will be going back
