Rosé Spa & Nails

Started off very relaxing with the music playing, but became very stressful very quick. The lady I had was Tracey. She was very rushed (there was no one else waiting) and nicked me a few times with the file drill, and argued the shape of my nails when I didn't like the shape, and when I showed her that my pinky nail was crooked she took my finger and then positioned it in way to try and to show that it "wasn't" crooked. Overall the service was rushed, the quality was poor, and I didn't feel heard as a customer. I did not get what I wanted, especially for the price $50 +a tip. I got dipped nails by the way! I do not recommend coming here.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I had the worst experience ever. DO NOT GO HERE. First of all, I made my appointment on the phone for 4:30, but when I came into the salon, it was fully packed. I waited until 5:10 to be seated. Right off the bat, I showed the guy a simple photo of what I wanted—just regular red chrome nails that were square. The guy who sat with me didn’t even greet me; he just got right to work. He was rough with my nails, didn’t change the shape or the color that I asked for, and ended up charging me $60 for a refill. I will not be going back to the establishment and don’t recommend anyone go there if you want to be happy with your nails. i’ll show you what I asked for and what he gave me.

Everything was great then the owner (Tina?) went on vacation. She gave instuction on who would service me while she was gone. Nope, didnt happen. When I made an appointment for pedi and fill I asked for specific tec for pedicure. While getting fill i was told by the requested tec that she could not do the pedi because there was another customer there that she wanted as a regular for herself. I had been a regular customer every 2-3 weeks and felt slighted. I did go back after that and once again treated differently. These 2 incidents are not the only times i was treated poorly. This has happened too many times. I always tipped and my disposition was fair. I have not gone back and will not ever. My money is just as good as others but I guess to them, it's not.

Love it here. Great work by very talented people. No matter if its a picture or video that I go in with, this place always comes through.

My girlfriend went to this spa and originally heard good things about this salon. She got Dip with gel chrome on top. After 3 days, her nails looked like this. Absolutely unacceptable but you know, I'm sure the staff would be reasonable and apologetic. I called asking for a refund for the nails because we do not live in the area. I spoke to the manager and she was incredibly rude to me. She mocked me saying I would get 2 dollars back on a 10 dollar service, but that was not even the right service she was speaking about, as it cost my girlfriend 70 dollars. I even asked if I needed to show proof, I would be more than willing to email them the photos. I have never been more disgusted by a service and would not recommend this place to anyone.
