Rouge Salon and Gallery

I went to Rouge last week for a pretty big chop. I haven't gone to a salon in a long time and was kind of nervous about it, but Jen knew exactly what to do when I showed her what I was looking for. Thank you Jen!!

I'm a bit upset honestly. I was really excited and at first glance from the chair I loved it. Unfortunately, once someone points out something, you can't unsee it. These pictures were taken the next morning after brushing and all I see is splotchy color and dark roots. When we talked she said she would be bleaching my roots as to get it to match well or blend well. She did the peek-a-boo blue underneath and you can still see so much darker brown. I paid $250 for a blotchy hair color that was supposed to help boost my confidence, but instead has made me embarrased of my own hair. I'm not giving it one star simply because the girl that did my hair was so nice, but here I am looking a bit like a Pink clown...

I love Rouge! I've been going for years! Rebecca has been doing my hair the past 4 years and even though I have moved, I still come back to her when I'm in town! One time, I did a color change that was pretty drastic for me and ended up not loving it. Rebecca fixed it for me a couple of days later. I love that they truly do care about their customer's satisfaction. I also wanted to note I went recently after they opened back up from COVID-19. They were very professional, screened every person, had the proper amount of distance between the stylists, and every person had to wear a mask. I would highly recommend Rouge! I usually see Rebecca but have seen a couple of the other stylists on occasion for a last minute appointment and they are all great!

So happy to have found Shaina. She listened and did exactly what I asked for and told me every step she was going to do and made sure we understood each other. She did a phenomenal job and can’t wait to go back. Beautiful salon in a great location b

Shaina did the best job on my sweet girls hair. She got her first “big girl” haircut and Shaina was so patient and talked E through every step of her cut. With E having very curly hair, Shaina knew the best cut so when it’s worn natural it would look just as good as when it’s styled. We’ll definitely be back! 10/10!
