Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Three staff members literally ganged up on me when I politely asked for my braids to be done all the way to the ends—because I had to fix them myself the last time I came. They were rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. I specifically requested small braids, but they gave me large, uneven parts in the back. The ends were sloppy, uneven, and not braided down properly. I paid $320. This is not the luxury braid experience they advertise—it’s false advertising and a dirty, unprofessional chop shop. To make matters worse, I witnessed them drop combs on the floor and reuse them without sanitizing. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. If I could give no star I would've. I was so polite to Felicia but that doesn't matter, she handles you very rough and leave you confused on what happened, for her to be so rude. when I am paying YOU, my money. Never again! I'll go somewhere else for some braids baby🙂

I went there for my birthday hairstyle. I spoke with one woman that said she would do it, but when I arrived on time for my appointment she was not there and I was seated with the first available braider. I showed her 2 pictures of what I wanted and instead of focusing on the pattern, she focused on the size of the braid asking if it were ok. I specifically wanted Triangle parts instead a have a geometric map in my head. The braids aren't even symmetrical. I went 6/2/18 and since then 6 braids have fallen out. I went back when the first 2 fell out assuming the original woman I spoke with would be there and she was not. So I dealt with 3 women when I should have only had to deal with one. ****Run fast and do not look back**** I am so so so disappointed in this shop. I have been coming to this owner for OVER 10 years for BRAIDS. Any time they switched location I was a loyal costumer and followed. However, they have become so money hungry and the quality has gone completely down the drain. And the customer service is no longer there. I had a wedding to attend and wanted to try something different , so I decided to get a sew in. When texting the owner Felicite about the style and I specifically asked if the person who would be doing my sew in knew how to do a closure, she said yes. That was not the case. Long story short the lady completely butchered my hair and when I texted the owner that I was not happy she said the lady would fix it. I left with my hair even more ruined.

I recently went to Royal hair braiding she advertised box braids medium at $180 for bra length, including hair. However, upon arrival, they informed me of an additional $5 charge per bag of hair, totaling $20 extra. Despite requesting black hair, the stylist did not conceal my brown hair color in the braids and then suggested an extra $220 for the tucking the hair since it’s “ HARD” . As a regular customer who has visited over five times, I expected better treatment, perhaps a loyalty discount, but received none. Overall, the experience was disappointing; the service did not meet expectations, and I cannot justify paying such high prices for subpar results.
