Royal Bee Chula Vista

I went in this evening to the Royal Bee In Chula Vista and my aesthetician was Carmen. It’s the first facial I’ve ever had and it was an incredible experience. Carmen was professional, Kind, And incredibly helpful because she walked me through and talked me through the entire experience. Facial or any other treatment. My experience was so great that I signed up for a membership on the spot and I look forward to my next visit.

I choose Royal Bee Signature Facial - NEW Customer Offer from their website. According to their advertisement they are supposed to give red light therapy treatment, which is included in the facial. They skipped it and finished my facial in 30 minutes. Good for one time visit only if you just want to try their special offer(64$).

Terrible place! They make you wait over an hour to be seen, and to top it all off, they don't even have professional esthetician certifications! I recommend you don't come to this place.

I absolutely wouldn’t recommend coming here for the advertised facial. First off, they don’t have rooms. They have these cheap & tacky dividers and no robe is provided like any other facility I’ve gone to for a facial. The facial last 25 minutes max and the products smelled cheap. Google Maps also points you to the wrong direction and when trying to call, it takes forever for anyone to pick up, let alone no formal greeting just “Hi”. When I asked “Is this Royal Bee?”, the lady just said yes. I commented on one of their IG posts saying what they advertise for 1st time clients isn’t the experience that you get & the pressure you enormously to sales you things. The management’s lack of professionalism showed because she blocked me on IG. DO NOT COME HERE!

Carmen is exceptional in her expertise, attention, and kindness. She responds almost immediately to messages, and is always a caring professional. By far, the best facials we’ve had in an immaculate environment.
