Royal Kaila Spa

My massage was great. However I was surprised there were no spa amenities, even a change room. For a hotel spa and the price I would have expected showers, a steam or sauna, robe, etc. but this was quick massage and send you on your way.

Booked a couples massage. They accommodated all requests. Also allowed us to get different packages and add on as needed/wanted. Definitely a great experience. Also if you don’t know about the stone/acupressure massage you should just book it. It’s relaxing, unfortunately mine was painful due to some of my own medical stuff but worth the pain to help with my pain. Definitely worth the money. It’s one of those you just need to book it.

The stress relief massage is absolutely amazing!! YukaKo was my therapist and didn't disappoint! I highly recommend requesting her! The staff was professional, friendly and very welcoming!

Absolutely amazing experience at Royal Kaila Spa inside the Marriott Waikiki! I booked a massage with Miyuki, and it was hands-down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She was kind, attentive, and had the perfect balance of pressure and relaxation. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The spa itself is peaceful and beautifully maintained, and the staff make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

While vacationing here over the Christmas holiday my husband scheduled me a Lomi Lomi massage. My massage therapist was Hiromi. She did an amazing job. Wish we lived closer so I could return for another one! Thank you Hiromi!
