ROYAL NAILS & DAY SPA

Within three hours of getting my gel nails, they were already lifting and peeling on their own. I didn’t pick at them and followed all care instructions. Paying $40 for results that didn’t even last a day was really frustrating and a complete waste of money.

I came in on Saturday, Sept 6, 2025 to get my nails done. Nina was my nail tech. Today is Tuesday. The nail polish is chipping on 2 fingers and I was tucking my shirt in and a nail broke. The other nails look like the polish is rescinding. They didn’t want to assist me. They said I had to pay for the broke nail when I just paid 135 on Saturday! Horrible!

I came in expecting a professional service. I am Vietnamese. I understood EVERY SINGLE INSULT. I sat there trying to ignore it at first and let it go because I did not want to ruin my date. I know everyone’s trying to make a living, but I can also hear how much you were complaining about how irritating my husband was, especially when he was simply trying to communicate with the staff about which services he wanted. They kept asking if he wanted gel. No, he does not want gel, we said it many times already too. I did not pick a special pedicure, just regular, and it was 100% because the staff made the entire experience uncomfortable, I picked a regular because I just wanted to leave as soon as I could. Will not be back. They just want money and do not care about the actual service they claim

Flora was such a sweet and talented person. She did my nails, and they turned out better than expected. I am extremely happy with my service. I had a pedicure as well and the lady did a great job.

I walked into this business and instantly I was greeted. I asked a question I was answered with professionalism. I was taken care of immediately. I have been to two other nail salons in Pooler and when I say yall beat them with customer service, professionalism, interaction, swiftness, and making sure people get in and out. Incredible, outstanding. Ms. Nina did my nails and she did an amazing job. I told her I will definitely be back.
