Royal Nails

"I had a very disappointing experience at royal. I went in with specific instructions for the design I wanted, but unfortunately, the final result was far from what I expected. The nail technician did not follow my directions, and the design was poorly executed. I tried to communicate my concerns during the session, but it didn’t seem to improve. It's frustrating when you trust a professional to bring your vision to life, and the result is completely off. I won’t be returning and wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

Very angry. I have noticed the different treatment between myself as a Black female and white customers. I came in and was convinced to get a new set. I informed the technician that I wanted a skin tone French manicure with gel. She convinced me that powder would be better. I told her that I would try it. She picked out a pink powder that was so pink, it looked like Polish. When I indicated my concern, she assured me it was fine. She continued and after finishing, my nails looked horrendous. I informed her that I cannot walk around with my nail beds showing looking like they were cracked under the clear powder she insisted on applying. The other technicians acted like they did not notice and the nails were fine. They had short patience and looked visibly irritated with my feedback. So,

Always promp, friendly and accommodating. (I’ve been a customer for years.Now my husband goes here too) Excellent manicure/peficure- I appreciate their good work!

I love this place! The only nail salon where my nails have lasted. Also, they were happy do help me with my design! Go Pacers!

I've gone to Royal Nails for years calling ahead for an appointment and am always pleased with the GREAT job they do!! This gel color is Pomegranate and looks BEAUTIFUL!!!
