Royal Nails

Long never disappoints when it comes to my nail sets. I usually come prepared with a picture and idea of what I want and he always brings it to life. I only go to him and his prices are very fair. Long is also always so sweet and happy to do your nails. He also always suggests the best option for what you want, I always feel like he reads my mind. He is the best.

I got my nails done on Wednesday and was happy with the product, however in Thursday u started to notice swelling on my left ring finger. I left it be and on Friday morning I woke up with an extreme staff infection in the finger. The doctor state that it was caused from the nail salon being unhygienic. I called asking for a refund, and the manager said that he would not give me a refund and it was not caused from their salon. He then proceeded to hang up on me.

Was greeted and attended soon as I walked in. Fast service which is very considerate. Didn’t get the man’s name, but will be back. Was so gentle and listened to how I liked it squared and thick line. Good prices to. Thank you. Also felt very comfortable and calm.

A very sweet lady did a great job on my pedicure. The gentleman did a bad job on my nails. I asked if he would trim my cuticles, and he said it was not necessary. What do readers think about my cuticles from the looks of this photo? This was done 14 days ago. I had not had a manicure in about a month prior to this nail dip, which chipped the following day on those three nails on my right hand, and two nails on my left hand. I think they used an inferior product. I live on the Southside so it was too much out of my way to go back to get this mess fixed. Today I’m going to get these removed and play it safe with a classic manicure close to where I live.

After going to many different nail salons, this one is by far the best. Its ran by a husband-wife team. They are very kind and remember you each time. They can get very busy- but they ask that you call to check what’s available so your not wasting your time. I will not go anywhere else again for my pedicures!!
