Royal Nails

I was excited to go here because of the good reviews and cool pictures of the nail art. Unfortunately, I ended up disappointed in how my nails turned out. I didn’t catch the name of the person who did the design, but it felt like they were rushing a bit. The service was pretty good. Although they did switch between 3 different staff members throughout my service. The staff were kind, but how my nails turned out is the issue here. The shape is good, but the application of the gel on some of the nails is bumpy. The French tips are uneven, and the stars don’t look the best. I understand nail art can’t be perfect, and that’s okay. The part that I’m upset about is that the nail tech left a green dot on one of my nails where it wasn’t supposed to be. I have never had a bad experience getting my nails done until I went here. I called ahead to be sure I could get an appointment for a BIAB Gel Removal. The young man on the phone confirmed with me and was the same one to greet me as I entered the salon. I was walked back to a nice table and waited. I was immediately put off by the woman who came out to do my removal. She hardly said hello and never once checked in with me about anything after asking if i wanted to keep my length. I said I wanted them a bit shorter. She proceeded to cut them to the very tip of my cuticle and got straight to drilling. She was pulling and yanking on my arm rather than asking me to move it for her. As she was working on me, she continuously looked up and checked the front desk/door area; she hardly ever looked

I love this place so much. they do such an amazing job no matter how crazy of an idea I have, they always make my dreams come true. Also even though I am a guy I've never once felt unwelcomed, they are very friendly. Also they have wine if you ask so that makes it fun. I wish I had photos of the two other nails sets I got there because they were also stupidly amazing. Ps Just go with the gel x, it's way better than acrylic For your nails, just a strong and much faster (application and removal)

Hannah was great, this place is amazing! I got a full set of cat eye gel extension (first timer) they were helpful in explaining how and what they are. Later I came in to get my gel extensions removed, which was also done exceptionally well. Surprisingly, my nails are somehow healthier than before!! Here is the before and after ! Hannah removed them so well, and gave a great massage

I’ve been here over 4 times and they always do such a good job! They pay very close attention to details during designs and shaping. I usually come in with a reference photo and they always make it look exactly like the original!
