I’ve been getting my nails done regularly for about 18 years, and I have never once had any issue with fungus — until now. I had my nails done at this salon for the past month, and when one of my nails recently popped off, I noticed a dark green spot underneath. As I began removing the rest, I was horrified to see that almost my entire right hand had fungus underneath the nails. Let me be clear: my nails were very secure and sealed tight. There was no way water or moisture could’ve gotten trapped underneath, which tells me the issue likely came from unsanitary tools or products being used. I am absolutely disgusted and angry. This should never happen to anyone who trusts a salon to follow proper sanitation practices. After nearly two decades of regular nail care, I know what is normal an

Super friendly woman who did my nails, but not worth the money i paid. They look fine in their lighting because its dim, but once you get home and really look you'll notice things such as bubbles, uneven shapes, lumpiness, specks of stuff in the polish? It's honestly one of the worst sets I've had.

This place was interesting to say the least. First the nail technician look offended because I wanted just a regular pedicure which they don’t really have listed on their menu. I told her the reason is because I am diabetic. was looking for a place to come to regularly because we just moved back to the area. THIS IS NOT IT!!! The tech rushed and it was like she didn’t want me to come back!! AND… the chair didn’t work and the arm rests and cup holders are filthy!! If you are going ask me to pay for service at least let the area where I sit be clean!!!! They appear to be so nice to you until it’s time for you to leave and of course give them a tip, which I did. It wasn’t my standard tip which is normally 20% but I felt the tip was comparable to the service that I received. If I have any adv

This place was recommended to me so I went in happy to try a new place that from the pictures online looked beautiful! However, if I could give zero stars, I would. My appointment was at 9:30 (when they opened). At 9:15, I was sitting in my car finishing up a business call and the tech was rushing me to get off the phone and come inside. Then looked annoyed and was loudly sighing that I had my toddler with me (he sat quietly in his stroller during the whole appointment). As I mentioned they had just opened yet the place was filthy. The tech was wearing a mask which I assumed was because he was doing fills on my acrylics. Half way through my appointment, he took off the mask and began having coughing fits. Why didn’t he leave the mask on??? Even my toddler knows to cover your mouth when you

When we walked in the shop was very hot. It also looked cluttered. There were supplies all over the manicure stations. I gave 2 stars because the pedicure wasn’t bad. The guy who did my pedicure did a good job and the lady who did my husband’s pedicure did a good job, but the tools they use are recycled between the clients. So cleanliness is definitely questionable. Another guy started taking off my dip while I was getting my pedicure. He allowed them to soak for maybe two minutes before he went to town with the drill. When he was done, there was still some of the old color on my nail bed. When he started to apply the dip, i noticed that the product he was using wasn’t in a labeled container. This is concerning for me, so i clarified that it was dip power he was using. He said that it was
