Employees are very sweet and kind but the service was not the best. I asked employee to give me a thicker French tip on my toes and she proceeded to make it very thin. Then my nails began to break off one by one after just 3 days. It’s only been a week since I got them done and I don’t do any hard labor. I’ve been here a few times and the guy does a good job it was the older women who did my nails. Very nice lady but she needs to do better I spent 55$ for the full set and they were all almost off one hand in 3 days.

I would like to say Thank You, first for your services. The energy felt nice 😌 the employees were very respectful and happy to perform there art. I truly relaxed and enjoyed my deluxe pedi. DEFINITELY WILL BE RETURNING 🤩 1/10/2026

my grandson went to royal nail & spa for a pedicure for his birthday June 2nd 2025.the technician clipped his toe not once but twice causing it to bleed. Did not offer a apology, or discount. acted as if this was a basic thing.i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Should have paid attention to the red flag that the place was empty when I walked in but I was in between appointments with my normal nail tech and had broken a nail. Literally the worst fill of my life. The 3 people that were in there are way past retirement age and have no business doing nails. Held my hand so close to his face like he couldn’t see. Cut my finger. Didn’t buff the nail evenly so polish looks all bumpy. The broken nail he replaced was no where near the same shape as the rest of my nails. Looks like a 3 year old did my nails. Highly disappointed and felt like I wasted money.

I asked for almond short i got round/oval nails the paint job was horrible. 45$ for basic nail set no gel
