Royal Nails

I have been going to the salon for years. I am sad that I will no longer be going. I had my nails done about nine days ago by Nina. I got a manicure like I always get. I made an appointment the same day so I had to deal with whichever nail tech I got put with. I knew when she was doing my nails that she was not doing the proper job. Long story short I ended up back in exactly a week later with one of them broken so I paid to have that fixed. Fast-forward two days later, another one of them popped off. I never have this happen my nails always last a minimum of two weeks. I may have some growth, but my nails never just pop off and break like this. I always receive the best service in this n ail salon. Everyone is so friendly and seems to genuinely care about their customers. I go out of my way to go to Royal Nails. I highly recommend them!

yeah i definitely won’t be going back after my experience this morning. they kept trying to find things to up the price on … first it was 65 then no more than 70 they just kept trying to get over on me like absolutely not. in the end she did fine with my nails but was messy with everything because i kept correcting her filing and the way she was painting my nails she got top coat all over my fingers i left picking it off ..

Was a regular here until my big toe developed a fungus after one of my pedicures. (This was last year) Toe was totally fine before my pedicure, then I started to notice the discoloration on my toenail a week or two after my pedicure. Podiatry results suggested that I got my feet done somewhere that didn’t sterilize their equipment properly. This was the only salon I was frequenting. Customers, beware.

The few times I have been here it's been Ok unless I got Nina (I'll have to make appointments next time to ensure that). The man I had did a wonderful massage but my toes did not turn our well at all. I will have to take the polish off and redo it myself. Its uneven and spots rubbed off after letting them dry for a really long time. I can scrape the polish off, its so soft. This place is very clean and nice I just havent had much luck with lasting polish (pics taken the next day in the morning)
