Never again! $141 for a gel removal on toes and gel mani & pedi. The manicure was terrible. Started chipping off after 4 days. It has been a week and half. The pedicure was good. The manicure was terrible. It’s been less than 10 days and it should have the space it has. The polish color is also uneven.

Royal Palms has a very relaxing atmosphere. Tutu is incredibly skilled and gentle which creates a fabulous experience for me. Michelle is also very skilled & gentle, which is very important to those of us with "delicate" feet. Love the energy and the experience every time...it's my happy place😊

I called to book a massage appointment as the website requested. The front desk called the massage therapist to confirm she was available and then confirmed my appointment for 9:30am with me over the phone. I show up for my appointment and the front desk informs me that they don’t have me on the schedule but to just take a seat. She then comes out to tell me the massage therapist “got held up” but she could see me at 2pm. I get one day to myself to schedule appointments and this is absolutely unacceptable.
