Disappointed with the horrible experience. I booked a 9:15 AM appointment with 101 Elite. First off, I’ll admit that I should’ve double checked the location. I had just moved to the area and assumed it was nearby since it said Raleigh. Turns out that Elite was on the opposite side of town. So I was going to arrive around 9:40, On my way there, the barber messaged me saying he’d be running 15 minutes late. So he wouldn’t be ready until around 9:30. I figured that’ll worked out since I’d be about 10 minutes late myself, so I let him know. That’s when he told me he wouldn’t have time to cut my hair and that I’d be charged a no-show fee. Honestly, this didn’t sit right with me. he was already running behind, but couldn’t work with a client who was also just slightly delayed??? Most barbers

I’m very cautious when it comes to haircuts. So I was nervous to try a new place. I did a walk-in and was immediately greeted and sat down in a chair right away! Jose did my hair, and he was so precise and understanding of what I wanted done with my hair. He listened to everything I had to say before we started the cut and executed what I wanted perfectly. I have never been so satisfied with a haircut in my life! I’m very grateful to have found a new place with exceptional care and service :)

I had a really disappointing experience at this barbershop. When I walked in, no one acknowledged me or even said a word. I waited for 30 minutes without anyone checking in or letting me know what was going on. Eventually, they tried to get another barber to do my haircut, but even then, no one followed through. I ended up leaving without getting a haircut at all. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism—definitely won’t be coming back.

BEST BARBER SHOP AROUND LOTS OF PROFESSIONALISM I WOULD FOR SURE JUST RECOMMEND CALL BEFORE GOING SO THEY CAN PREPARE GOR YOU.
