I am so unsatisfied. I have gotten the worst Haircutt of my life. I literally couldn't belive it when he held the mirror to show me I was just floored on how he could say this looked okay. He was okay with letting someone leve his chir with a haircut this terrible. I didn't want to let him go any further and mess it up and more. I will have to pay again tomorrow to have someone fix my hair. I cannot belive this was supposed to be a professional shop. I am furious right now. I'm just speechless. I want to give zero stars. I would take 5 away! But it wont let me post this unless I push one I guess. Angel was the guys name. If I was u I would run if u have to sit in this guy's chair.

Onna is awesome. I am not one to get my hair done often but with her I am a regular. I tell her what I want and I've never been disappointed. Wigs,extensions, micro braids, she's your go to girl!

My husband went to the Bloomington shop and for a guy that gets his haircut every week I’d have to say this is the worst haircut, beard trim I have ever seen. Totally didn’t do what my husband said and cut his beard all the way off to like a five o clock shadow and it’s all SO uneven. His side burns are longer than the hair on his cheeks. His line up is higher on one side then the other and his haircut is no better then a great clips fade. Highly unsatisfied. Maybe the guy was having an off day maybe that’s just his style but either way to go to a barber shop and get a cut like this is terrible.

I just got to take a shower walk as the others in my group couldn't walk far. What I saw of it was nice. I would like to go back and rent one of the paddle boats it take a gondola ride. Beautiful though.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. IGNORE THE FAKE GOOD REVIEWS THEY ARE FAKE. HE PROBABLY DELETS THE BAD COMMENTS!!!!!! Rafeal the owner doesn’t have much knowledge on locs. He doesn’t do a good job retwisting the hair. He doesn’t part the hair properly. These pics are 5 mins after I walked out his saloon imagine how it’s gonna look in a week.
