I always have the best experience here. The service, the quality, the ambiance. I have been to at least a dozen nail salons in Springfield and this one is my absolute favorite
Came here for a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was amazing, I could not rave enough about the leg massage, the neck heated pad. The full spa experience was relaxing and perfect. I can’t wait to bring my mom and share this experience with her.
Excellent customer service and fabulous work!! My co workers and I have been coming to Ruby Nails for many many years for a reason! I don't even live here and I make sure to come back when I am in the area. We love Ruby and everyone here is so welcoming and kind.

Absolutely amazing! Everyone was so nice, the nail shapes came out absolutely perfect- don’t even get me started on how amazing the nail art is!!! Prices were also amazing, especially for how detailed the art is!!! LOVE THIS SALON
