It was my first time to have a service in LNT nails. I WOULD NOT COME BACK AGAIN AND NEVER RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS & FAMILY. Today, August 30, 2024, I have 10 am. appointment Pedicure:( Basic polish) At first, I asked them if they removed a dry skin in my big toes, and they said, "YES." Please tell me if it is removed & clean in photos. They cut my nail uneven. Manicure: ( Gel polish) nail file uneven ( you can at the photos) never clean & never remove cuticles/dry skin in the side Just spray and wipe in the towel, then apply the polish, which is very horrible. Payment time : Lady in the cashier asking , " Are you happy," I said, "NO and disappointed with your service," then, she said, "why?why?... I showed her how horrible did to my nails. Signing the receipt, she said only 6 dollars

I'm a simple girl. I only ever get pink/purple and french tips ◡̈ I recommend booking an appointment with Brian, he always does a beautiful job and takes his time to ensure that your nails look perfect. He does pedicures as well and they are just as good.

Clean, friendly, and very patient. I was indecisive on what to do, and they were extremely helpful. I went with cat eye. Thi was quick and professional. My nails look beautiful and natural, not to thick. I definitely have found my place to call home!

I came in on Saturday, Sep 7, 2024. There was hardly any customers in the salon. I thought that was odd for a Saturday between 1 -3 pm. The nail tech was not experienced and kept making mistakes and trying to fix. Her failed attempts just kept making the appearance worse and worse. When I left there, I had badly shaped nails and polish all over my cuticles. I paid $45 and left a $10 tip. Later, I received a text asking about my experience, so I submitted a review and the response was “sorry, perhaps we were busy, call us and we will fix”. So I called, sent a picture of my nails and the gentleman told me to come in. He also wanted me to tell him who did my service. I didn’t have her name but described for him the location of the nail table. It is only two tables facing the door, i
