I had the most amazing experience at Ruby Nails! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely taken care of. The salon itself is spotless, beautifully organized, and has such a relaxing atmosphere that it instantly put me at ease. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. My nail technician (Tina) was not only talented but also patient and meticulous — you can tell she truly cares about her work. My nails turned out absolutely flawless, and I’ve received so many compliments on them already! What impressed me most was the level of customer service. Ivy is the best & I would follow her anywhere. Always so sweet & her designs are impeccable. I never go a day without someone complimenting them. Everything is clean & peaceful with more colors than you could even think of. Cannot recommend her enough!
