When they turn your chair so you can't see anything their doing while cutting it is probably not going to end well. I wanted the back shaped, feathered similar to a shag and the sides shortened slightly. My hair was mid length, the wash, cut and style took 1 1/2 hours! She snipped and snipped, had to ask an associate for help with the back at one point. It is so short now, all I can do is let it grow out. If she couldn't do the cut she should have said so, not try and blame another salon. At least the place I went in August the cut wasn't cringeworthy, what she did looked like a kid had hacked it with scissors! Amazing atmosphere! We just moved here recently and im always scared on finding new hair stylists and Kelly did an amazing job heard what i wanted and she turned it into reality. I will definently be coming back!

Leighann is my absolute most favorite stylist in forever! She SAVED my hair from an absolute nightmare that happened on the beach with a stylist I had previously trusted. I found Leighann on social media and she was so quick to respond, discuss and ask for pics. I have zero hair regrets since the day we met! Not only is she a color expert, she is personable and friendly. I have asked her for color (of course!). Extensions (fabulous), a Brazilian blowout (it slayed!) and multiple other services. She has never just delivered 100%… It’s always been 125% or more! She is a gem and the best I have found in Bay county!!!! I value her and her services more than I can express / Thank you Leighann! Such a professional and welcoming salon! Friendly, good conversation, great atmosphere, quality coloring and styling…Kelly has been cutting my hair for three years, always does a fantastic job, and I’m so happy for her!
