I’ve been coming here ever since they opened. I live in Bay Ridge but come all the way here because they are the best! Professional, no frills service. Chris is my esthetician and I come here specially for her. She knows my face well and extracts thoroughly. They also use Shiseido products. Highly recommend!

These estheticians have been taking care of me & my acne prone skin for almost 5 years now. It is clear that they take their craft seriously and are constantly looking for ways to improve their treatments. I get their hydrafacials (which also includes a thorough extraction session, high frequency wand, light therapy based off of skin type, and a mask) every time I go & my skin always comes back clear, glowy & bright. Kris specifically has catered my treatments based on the current status of my skin, and for that I have never broken out after my sessions. I have been to over 4 estheticians in New York & they provide the best service & for a great price. they are a very kind & skilled staff and will prioritize your comfort & skin health.

Be wary. Terrible customer service. Ordered a product three weeks ago. They do not know how to track their own orders and have given me several differing stories about where the order is, and then claimed that they can’t even see my order at all (my credit card was of course debited for the purchase). Then another story about it being stuck in customs??? I have asked for a replacement order but they will not commit. Be wary of this so-called small business - they do not know how to manage a business.

My mom and I have been coming here for facials for years now and it’s been a good experience every time! They have a variety of face and body treatments available, and also sell skincare. The facials are great if you need a cleansing or extraction done.

My family and I have been coming to Chris for her excellent facial services for many years. I love her new location at Rumi near Ave U. The staff is friendly and they are very accommodating to your schedule for appointments. Try them out if you haven't done so already! We will continue to come here for our monthly beauty needs.
