Absolutely five stars for Rush Creek Roots! These folks seriously know what they’re doing — every single cut is top-notch, consistent, and exactly what I ask for (even when I barely know how to describe it). You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows every time I walk out feeling like a new person. Also, major props for the ear waxing — not only do they do a great job with that too, but they’ve been kind enough to only lightly roast me for the involuntary noises I make during it. Just the right amount of teasing to keep it fun without hurting my pride too much. Highly recommend — great people, great atmosphere, and even better haircuts.

Shelby knows her color! As a blonde, I've been through the ringer with bad experiences. She nails it every time. & the spas environment adds to the experience: it's clean, cozy, & relaxing.

Love this place, now I don’t have to travel to rapid as often for a decent haircut!! Love you guys!!! Now if you guys can get a miracle cream so the back of my head doesn’t look like a Shar Pei we’re golden!! 😆😆
