Rush Salon made me feel beautiful. My goal was to achieve a cool tone with baby highlights, and we reached it thanks to the patience and professionalism of Bojana 😃 From the very beginning, I truly felt myself in the hands of a professional. What impressed me the most is how carefully she explained every single step of the process. The first time I came, I thought we would do everything right away. But she honestly told me my hair needed time and that the previous color had to wash out first. They didn’t even take money that day — because they respect their work and know their value. I knew what I had originally wanted wasn’t going to be achievable since at the moment I had virgin brown hair. The owner recommended me doing full highlights instead of normal bleach and tone and from what I saw online I trusted that I would be able to go in and get a good service. I spent 6 hours there but was not happy with the results at all. I’ve had highlights before therefore I knew what to expect and so i was extremely upset with what I saw in the end. I spent $420 and ended up with brassy highlights and Highlights that look like grey hairs. I was never mean and didn’t decide to say anything until I got home and messaged the owner since she wasn’t there at the salon. I messaged her what happened and sent her the picture of my hair. I am so grateful that I went to this salon because Bojana knows so much about hair and what to recommend for each person’s hair type. I went to her with questions on how to maintain my hair and which style was best. I had balayage done a few years ago here and I now go often to dye my hair. I love the experience and service every time I go. Everyone is very welcoming, Bojana is very talented at her job and you can truly tell that she enjoys her job.
