My experience at RU Wellness Retreat was absolutely amazing. I got the seaweed facial with Melanie and my skin is literally glowing and feels so amazing and refreshed. The staff are so friendly and really make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your visit. I would highly recommend for all of your skincare and waxing needs. Will definitely be a returning customer!

I went here for a vajacial, my first one. To start the inside is very aesthetically appealing and very welcoming. The you are followed up with being greeted and checked in. Excellent customer service is an understatement. When I went back my esthetician Melanie was very accommodating and asked lots of questions to make sure she was giving me the best service and to accomplish what I want from the service. She also walks you through the steps, so no surprises and you know exactly what is going on and why she is doing or using certain products. She continually checked to make sure I was ok. There are several different services offered, so I will be back to try other services, I was very happy with my end result. I love trying new places and being pleasantly surprised. I paid for the deep tissue massage and only got a Swedish (if you can call it that). The girl just touched my skin as gently as possible. I indicated to her on two occasions that I would like her to put more pressure and he remained the same. I was about to get up and leave. I do not recommend it, I would not return.

I was gifted a gift card here in December for my birthday. I attempted to book online in June and July and it is stating the gift card is not valid. Please be weary when purchasing gift cards from here as they expire in 6 months which is unreasonable. I attempted to message them on social media and completed a website submission and received 0 response back regarding the gift card or booking services.

I've been here for two express facials and my experience has been great so far. I've had both "B" and Melanie and they have both been great. Will return for sure!
