S-n-S Braiding Shop

Two owners of the shop. A younger miss and an older miss. Heard about the shop through instagram. Booked with the younger miss for 12pm. Didn't leave the shop until 10:30pm because she didn't rinse all the dye out of my hair, so when she started flat ironing my hair starting falling out and I had to wait for the older owner to finish up her own clients hair and then fix mine! The younger Shay(light skin girl) whom I booked with to do my hair never apologised for the incident and denied all fault even when I tried to give her the chance to fix it! On top of that, she damaged my hair by over processing my hair w/ bleach and hair dye. I gave her clear instruction that my hair will not pick up the color all in one go she still covered all of my hair with a box dye! Shouldn't a licensed hairsty
