Only went in to get my eyebrows done. In which I specify “not thin” just clean. Ended up with super thin eyebrows. Wouldn’t recommend.

Worst service I've had in a long time. First, there are so many flies flying all over the place, and this had me itching. Next, the person who does brows and lashes (there's only 1 person) did not want to work on the day of service. When I sat in her chair, she was sitting across from me in the pedicure seat. When she finally looked up from her phone to make eye contact, she asked me if I was doing brows and lashes. She already knew this, because the staff communicated this to her in Mandarin when I first came in. When I confirmed that I was doing lashes too, she sucked her teeth. Then I asked, "You don't want to do my lashes," and she responded yes, she'll do it. As if someone was begging her to do my lashes. Very clean inside. When you arrive they will tell you to wash your hands. They’re also very big on having a quiet environment. They prefer if you’re not loud and obnoxious on the phone, which is best in my opinion. Every time I arrive here it’s quiet and peaceful. I love how well managed this nail salon is.

Coming there while busy gives a bad last in the mouth. They won't really tell you how long the wait is, barely makes eye contact with you. When they aren't busy it's a complete 360. They make conversations with you, and you can tell at this point they ate desperate. Overall they do a good job with the acrylics and fill in. Lasts a while. Bring cash. The credit card machine charges a fee. Also bring a mask the air quality is a bit stuffy and no circulation.
